At InnovShop Solutions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

To request a return, please contact us and provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs or other evidence of the issue.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or full refund.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may return the eligible item within the applicable return period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The item must be returned in unused and resalable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

Unless required by applicable law, original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind.

Items that cannot be returned

Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including products that are personalized, made to order, or otherwise unsuitable for return because of their nature.

Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

International returns

For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, or taxes associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

European customers

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
